Our 2025 Harvest oil may appear slightly cloudy due to fine olive particles still suspended in the oil—this is completely normal and indicates freshness. Particles will gradually settle.

Cockatoo Grove Signature brings you a taste of the season – a delicious celebration of our annual harvest at our certified organic grove in Cobram, Victoria. It's the delightful result of our passion for sustainable, organic farming, quality and flavour that goes into every stage of tending our grove throughout the growing cycle.

Each season culminates at the ideal time during autumn, when we crush our olives on site within hours of harvesting. This ensures a vibrant, fresh and fruity taste with a pleasant peppery finish, while maximizing antioxidants and their proven health benefits.

Cockatoo Grove Signature is perfect for everyday use – dressing salads, drizzling over pasta, grilled meat and vegetables, dipping bread and crudités. It's also a healthy and delicious oil for frying, roasting and baking.
